Refund policy
RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns for store credit postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date if online and 14 days of purchase date if in store. Email us at kayla@pinkandblueavenue.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and paperwork to include in your return shipment. Packages will not be accepted without an RA attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We strongly recommend shipping back via a trackable shipping method.
Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached. This includes unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors.
The following items are NOT eligible for returns:
- Breastfeeding Supplies
- Jewelry
- Eat Ware, Teethers, and Pacifiers
- Hats & Hair Accessories
- Socks & Tights
- Bras and undergarments
All CLEARANCE ITEMS AND SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and orders cannot be returned, edited, cancelled, or refunded after they are placed.
We do not offer any refunds at this time.
We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive it.
Store credit is issued for items that are are returned with an RA attached within 5-7 business days. The store credit can be used in-store and online on store merchandise. The store credit does not apply to shipping costs and those are covered by the customer. The customer is still responsible for shipping costs when a store credit is used as the credit is applied to the store merchandise but does not cover any shipping costs.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
No refunds will be issued for order cancellations. Store credit will be issued if the customer wishes to cancel an order for in stock items.
